Returns

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@bagplaza.in with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the item (if applicable)

We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund:

• If approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with our return conditions, we will notify you accordingly.

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
